We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return under the following guidelines for an exchange or credit note:
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
- Item/s must be returned in their originals packaging
- Swimwear must be returned with the protective hygiene strip
- Gift Cards may not be returned
Exclusions apply for the below items to be returned;
- Pierced Jewellery
- All sale or discounted item/s are final and can not be returned
If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge. We will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs for the return item (including packaging). If the item does not reach us safely, Hope & May will not be held responsible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be within a 14 day time frame from RAN approval. All online credit notes are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
Hope & May online orders can not be returned to our Byron Bay or Bondi Beach stores. All order returns must be processed through our head office.
Hope & May reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and guidelines.
