If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of delivery, we offer exchange or online credit only subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached.
- The item must be returned in their original packaging

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you at an additional charge.

PRE-ORDER
By placing a pre-order at Hope & May you are committing to the full purchase. We require the full payment at time of initial quote to secure the items for a delivery date outlined. Delivery cost is calculated separately and will be charged prior to delivery. Lead times quoted are estimates only. If change of mind occurs, payment is non refundable.
AFTERPAY AND KLARNA
If you purchased using Afterpay or Klarna, you are eligible for an online credit or exchange only.
If you are receiving an online credit, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and you will be issued with a new credit for the full amount.
SALE ITEMS
Returns on sale items are not eligible for a return. All sale items including styles marked down during a flash sale / archive sale or promotion are Final Sale and not eligible for any return, credit note or size change.
If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
