All merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, we offer HOPE AND MAY online credit only subject to the following conditions.

The item must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached
The item must be returned in their original packaging

Exclusions apply to sale items and not eligible for a return. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

If your return does not comply with these conditions we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you at an additional charge.

To submit your return, follow the steps below.

Proceed to www.hopeandmay.com homepage and navigate to LOG IN in the top right hand corner
Follow the prompts to log in to your account
Once logged in navigate to orders. Select the order you would like to submit a return to request
Select return and proceed as per prompts

Allow up to 24hrs for our team to approve your return.

Once your return has been approved, please post your return parcel back to the warehouse shipping address provided via email. Do not post your return until your return has been approved.

You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return has been processed with an online credit.

HOPE AND MAY is not liable for the return cost for your order. All returns costs are at the expense of the customer.

We are not liable for the return to our warehouse, we encourage you to use a registered or traceable postal service as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by HOPE AND MAY.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed.

HOPE AND MAY reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and guidelines.

PRE-ORDER

By placing a pre-order at HOPE AND MAY you are committing to the full purchase. We require the full payment at time of initial quote to secure the items for a delivery date outlined.

Pre-order lead times quoted are estimates only and have an approximate 3-month delivery lead time. While we work hard to meet this timeline, occasional delays due to production, supply chain, or other unforeseen factors may occur.

If change of mind occurs, payment is non refundable. Pre-order items are cut and sewn specifically for your order. Due to this, all pre-order sales are final once an order is placed and we're unable to modify, cancel, or exchange.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are not eligible for a return.

SALE / FINAL SALE

Sale items are not eligible for a return. All sale items including styles marked down during a flash sale / archive sale or promotion are Final Sale and not eligible for any return, credit note or size change.

If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
