PRE-ORDER

When placing a pre-order at HOPE AND MAY you are committing to the order. We require full payment at time of purchase. Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

Pre-order lead times can vary between 1 - 4 months depending on the item and production. Delays can occur with pre-orders due to production lead times, shipping and customs which is out of the control of HOPE AND MAY.

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charge will be incurred in these circumstances. If change of mind occurs, payment is non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). We dispatch all orders received before 12pm on the same business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. These processing times excludes items which are purchased on a pre-order basis.

Dispatch time within 24hrs excludes items that are ordered on 'Pre-Order'. Any items placed an pre-order, lead times vary and will be dispatched when our warehouse receives the goods.

During peak sale or public holiday periods, same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders.

STOLEN / DAMAGED PARCELS 

HOPE AND MAY is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels or for ay stolen or missing parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address. It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. 

SPLIT ORDERS

Our online orders may be processed in multiple warehouses in Australia, therefore occasionally orders can be split from multiple locations and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. For all split orders, you will receive an email notification with the new order confirmation and details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
