How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed it will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Depending on if the order is being shipped within Australia or Internationally these time frames can change. Please read more on shipping times here.
Can I change my order after it's processed?
Unfortunately, you can not change your order after you've processed it. Although after you have received the order you can exchange an item if you are not 100% happy. You can read our returns & exchanges policy on the terms & conditions page.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order online using the tracking number we provide you. This number will be sent with the email notification you recieve when your order has been shipped.
Will there be delays?
If you are an International customer we always allow 10-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. This is incase your parcel is held up in customs.

Can I use my gift voucher online?
If you are given a gift voucher or are issued a credit note and would like to use it online. Please contact our customer service team on +61 (0)2 6680 9862 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the voucher or credit note was issued in store you will not be able to use to online until you are authorised with a code.
How do I use a promo code or gift voucher?
To use a Promo Code or Gift Voucher you need to:

2. Sign in as a Guest or Customer
3. Then enter your Promo Code or Voucher Number and apply
