Where is Hope & May located?

We are based in Byron Bay, Australia. All online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Byron Bay.

Which currency is used on this site?

All prices indicated online are in Australian Dollar (AUD$) and will transact in AUD$ at checkout.

How do I sign up to the Hope & May newsletter?

You can sign up to our mailing list on the bottom toolbar. By signing up, you will be the the first to know about new arrivals, exclusive offers, VIP events and more!

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. For all Australian customers, we also offer Afterpay & Zippay. 

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly instalments, all interest free. What is Zippay?

Zippay is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away and then pay for it in instalments, with no upfront payments and all interest free. Zippay is available for Australian customers only. For further informational and full terms and conditions, please visit the Zippay website here.

Online Gift Cards

To use an Online Gift Card, you need to follow the below steps:

  1. Finish your shopping cart and checkout
  2. Enter your Gift Card number and apply
  3. This will be automatically deducted in the total owing

How do I use a promo code at checkout

To use a promotion code you need to follow the below steps:

  1. Finish your shopping cart and checkout
  2. Enter the Promo Code number and apply
  3. This will be automatically deducted in the total owing

  

Orders

How do I know if my order was processed?

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the nominated email address attached to your order. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please contact us at orders@hopeandmay.com

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed, Hope & May is unable to make amendments to your order. If you have made a mistake with your delivery address or contact details, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Hope & May cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order for international orders?

Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order, this is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer.

 

Delivery 

How do I track my order online?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information and courier details so you can keep up to date with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide! Some destination countries may not be listed due to courier issues, although if this is the case, please email us at orders@hopeandmay.com and we can assist you further. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days. For information, please view our Shipping page for our shipping options and estimated time frames. Feel free to get in touch at orders@hopeandmay.com if you have any further queries regarding delivery / shipping time frames.  

Will there be shipping delays with my order?

All estimated If you are an International customer we always allow 10-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. This is incase your parcel is held up in customs.

  

Returns 

How do I process a return?
View our Returns page for further information on our returns policy and procedures on how to return. If you have not received your Returns Form, please email us at orders@hopeandmay.com and we can supply you with one to process your return. 

Does Hope & May cover the cost of my return?

Hope & May does not cover the costs associated with returns. All costs associated is the responsibility of the customer and Hope & May is not held liable for any missing returns to our head office.

Can I return my online order to the boutiques or head office?

Hope & May online orders cannot be returned to our head office or boutiques in person. All orders and returns need to be sent to the address found on your Returns Form. 

Can I return sale items?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We recommend shopping our sale items carefully to avoid disapointment.

If I made my purchase via Afterpay or Zippay, can I return this?

We accept all returns even if your payment method was Afterpay or Zippay. Once your return has been processed your order amount will be reimbursed via either Afterpay or Zippay and they will refund the money in to your account.
